I'm going to have Mustang Week hats for sale this year starting on Tuesday at Planet Hollywood. There won't be as many hats available as there are t-shirts, so if you want one, get it early in the week. I'll have multiple colors available (suggestions appreciated). Below are three samples in black, khaki, and charcoal. Hats are adjustable.

I spoke to you yesterday at the MoB's show. We spoke in front of the silver 95 GT with the MM suspension, etc. I want a gray or white one BAD. If I can buy it now I will. PLEASE!!??? Im a MoB member if that helps. :)

I'm trying to figure out how to handle pre-orders. Give me a day or two to get that sorted/figured out and I'll post back up here.

I'll pre order also. I'd like to pre order T's also. One package deal paid for and all I have to do is drop by Tuesday and pick my to go package up! Would be cool and fast too! If possible...:D

T-shirt and hat orders/payments will be seperate I'm afraid. Rodcobra typically doesn't do pre-orders on t-shirts, or at least hasn't in the past.

I'm probably going to take pre-orders on hats, I've just got to figure out how best to handle it. I still have to determine exactly how many of what colors I'm going to order at this point. More on that by weeks end...

There are a few members of the Heart of Carolina Mustang club that would like to pre-order some hats. When you have your logistics figured out. Please post that you are taking pre-orders. I will probably pre order at least 3 hats.

I am definitely interested in getting one of these. Any thoughts of having some that are fitted with a small fastback logo on the very back at the bottom edge. A Large-XLarge would be good...

I looked at a lot of options as far as extra logos and stitching. The logo on the hats utilizes the vectored line/artwork so the colors fade as the official logo does. Cost goes WAY up per hat for much more stitching on the back. As for sizing, the I told the supplier that we needed to make sure and choose a style that fit a wide range of sizes. My dad normally buys extra large hats and he said these fit him well. I also tried one on the kid across the street (he's only 6 and small for his age) and the hat didn't look lost on his head either.

Hey! We won't be down until Wednesday (due to hubby's work schedule) but I'd love to get 3 hats...1 navy blue, 2 pink. How do I go about picking them up from you? Thanks!! The hats look great!

Okay, color choices will be: black, white, khaki, charcoal, red, ford blue, yellow and pink. I'm still trying to decide how to handle pre-orders, so more on that in the next couple of days.

Whoever is embroidering the hats - kudos to them on an awesome job - I work for a company that does embroidery, screenprinting & awards:tup: and hats can be a real pain to do.

My family wants one each...so theres Four.

Brad...maybe you could start a thread to get an idea how many to hold separate at your MW trailer for the pre-orders. (I know, this could be alot more work)

I am a DJ. Have been doing that for about 10 yrs, but honestly, I am trying my best to get out of it. I need my garage space back for my Stang! Plus I would not have any real way of pulling my trailer down with me driving my car. Nice thought though. I have done some large venues.

Okay, I had a meeting with the company that's making the hats today to talk about colors, order process time, cost, etc. The hats will sell at Mustang Week for $20. There are over 16,000 stitches in the MW logo on the front of the hat. I was shown a couple samples of cheaper options but they just didn't look nice enough. I'm still trying to figure out the absolute best way to handle pre-orders so that those really wanting to get a hat won't get to Mustang Week and miss out on a particular color. I'm going to brainstorm on that a day or so more and then post a new thread about pre-orders.

That would be a question for rodcobra... but I can tell you they will look like last year but will have this year's artwork on the back. This year's artwork is awesome to say the least!

rodcobra handles the shirts and I'm almost positive there will be no pre-orders for those. The volume of pre-orders would be too much to handle to be honest. I can handle pre-orders for hats because I'm only getting a couple hundred. The hats will be gone quickly at the beach so I'm going to get my daughter to help me sort pre-orders prior to leaving for the beach.

Another thing on shirts we do not have them in hand till about 2 weeks before the event.

They are right ,it would be to much to do before the event and that's enough by itself . I wish I could do it . SO get one at the beach :D
