I am planning to run my car at Dragnight for mustang week. Wondering if they tech your car that night. The reason I ask is because my battery is in the trunk and I dont have a kill switch on it. If anyone can help me out that would be great.
Thanks

You will be fine with the battery in the trunk, we just do a basic tech in, by no means are we going to go over it with a fine tooth comb. Just think of going to your local track for "test and tune night but with a sight tech in and a some trophies to the winners. It is laid back, easy going and some good friendly fun and excitment for the spectators and a blast fot the participants as well. So please don't stress yourself over anything but compeating with the other participants, last year we saw some pretty stout cars making great #'s but the winners of the contest were your average street cars making good passes and just a little luck on thier sides. Just enjoy yourself and the event and have a great time at the track.

That is debatable depending on where you live I guess. There are some local street drive Stangs around here that run in the 10.90's to 11.30's. These are full weight, AC and etc and some of them are total sleepers! I know from around here you better never let your guard down anywhere you go.
