Just a couple of things that have been on my mind this morning...
First, we want to make sure everyone is aware of the MW Solicitation Rule
http://www.mustangweek.com/forums/showthread.php?t=657
Second, we want everyone to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. The Mustang Week Staff does not condone nor do we approve of any unlawful activity in parking lots or on public streets/highways. Think twice before you do something that may endanger the traveling public. When leaving a venue, please refrain from burnouts, flybys, and anything else that might attract the attention of local PD. Stay safe, relax and have a good time!
Lastly.... sunscreen and plenty of water can mean the difference in a good day and a really bad one. Take care of yourselves!

I heard the Mb cops have really been cracking down on horse play in general, esp on the strip.

What summer night do we not crack down on the blvd.? The city put 20-30 officers in a 20 block area at peak hours and there will be people coming to jail or tickets. Just dont do burn outs or overly rev your motors and you will be fine.....a quarter of the force have mustangs so they appricate the cars.

It's a shame that the ones who drive like idot's and race and all that other stuff have to make it bad for those of us who have common sense.

The absolute best thing I've done over the past couple years is to "prepare" for the heat. I start 3 or 4 weeks prior to MW and spend at least a couple hours each weekday and most all day during the weekend outside in the heat. Yardwork and car prep mostly. That way I'm somewhat acclimated to the temps and humidity. Main thing though, drink plenty of water, avoid a lot of caffeine (promotes dehydration), and wear cool colors.
