Thought I found a good deal on a project car for me. A 65 289 car. Turns out Anita wants it. Merry Christmas to us! Going to try to get it home next week. Will be alot of work, but will be a sweet ride when we get it finished. The car even has a bench seat. Not sure if its original though, its black and the interior is supposed to be white. Hope to have it at MW in a couple of years. Getting alot of parts with it, but need a complete front suspension, and hood. Pm me if you know of any good deals for CHEAP! Now we gotta hurry up and sell the house or I've got to build a garage!!

A friend of mine at church knows how to weld in the panels, and another buddy of ours at church has a body shop. So we got it covered. I had a 67 when I was in Bible College so I can so some of the mechanical stuff myself. I just got to get a garage so I can have somewhere to work on it. Figured it'd be fun to get the girls to help me on it. I'll keep ya'll posted, but its definately gonna take a while.
Mike Clay ed. # 2 I told him the same thing, then told him I didn't want to make him cuss. Hehe, you so crazy! I'll get him to help me on the clean up part!

My first one was a 67. Still hating I sold it, but I've always wanted a 65. Got alot of work ahead, but it will be fun teaching the girls how to work on it! Hoping to bring it home next week.

I will do it. I would have stopped then, but I had my son with me, and it is a pain to unpack him from his seat and all. I will definitely stop in next time, maybe ride the Cobra up that way.

Hopefully going to bring it home on Wed. Gave him a deposit today and he told me to come on and get it. Man, I wished I had a garage. Hopefully soon. Releator is coming on Thurs to officially list the house. Hopefully it won't take too long to sell, and I can get to buidling my garage, I mean house, hehe.

Got the 65 home today. Have alot of parts to fix it, but gonna need alot too. Emily said she'll paint the top, and let Sarah paint the rest. hehe
We;ve decided not to sell the house right now. So Im gonna see about refinancing and building a gargage. Will post up some pics tomorrow.
Gonna try and have it ready to bring to the MW 10th Anniversary next year.
