After a LONG time in the bodyshop. My car finally made it home last weekend. After some new sheet metal and paint. Still have a lot assembly work to do along with the interior and extras that we are doing for the show this year! Will keep posting some updates as it gets closer, but i am just happy to get her back home!!!

I miss my 69 mach, in hindsight it was less of a money pit than the turbo car

Thanks guys. I am hoping to have it mostly back together very soon, it has been a long time since I have been able to enjoy it so I want to get out there and have some fun with it.
It has a 390 under the hood that is fairly stock, with a stock rebuild, mild cam, alum intake and long tube headers with custom exhaust.

Hope it makes it to Mustang Week this year. My son has a '69 Mach 1 same color, 351 Windsor, white interior, restored to factory specs. He tried soooo hard to finish it in time for MW 2009 but didn't make it, so he's really looking forward to bringing it this year. I still want to get you, my son, your brother and my dad together @ MW 2010. You and Matthew have matching '69 Mach 1's and my dad and your brother have matching
'68 convertibles. Your car looks great!!!

Well, my plan is to drive the car to the beach this year, if it can make the ride. If it cant, I will drag it down there with a damn chain if I have to j/k HAHA. But yes I would love to get these cars together for some pictures at some point during the week as well. Make sure to look us up when you get down there for sure.
Thanks
Scott

Thanks guys, Well good news bad news. The car is coming together, but I was able to diagnose a bad head gasket last weekend, that I thought I had for some time, but wasnt sure. going to tear into the motor this week and try to get it back up and running soon. Better to find it now instead of pulling in at the carshow at the beach. Be praying you get it fixed soon!

I am working on it guys, but one way or another it will be there. We had to replace the worn out torque converter this past weekend with a new one, but good news now is the car is running pretty good. I have some more install work to do since I had to fix two pretty big projects mechaincally on the car since getting it back. Not sure I will be driving it all the way to the beach this year, but it will be there. I have some video that I will see if I can get posted as well.
