North MB ?

My dad is looking for a place to say in North MB. Do any of you guys have recommendations. He is not looking for nothing fancy just something with a parking deck or maybe even a house.

me and my family stay right on the edge of north myrtle. i think its shore drive. we stay at a condo complex called pelicans landing. they have parking under the condo. works out good for keeping the stang semi clean. Very queit.
