This is my new notchback that I got for near-to-nothering. :D I'm planning on a 302-331-347 efi, 5 speed, gray interior, maybe/maybe not another color. Just my little Mustang Week 2008 Project. Kinda rough right now but it will get better. Can you believe it was parked because the fuel pump went out, then someone stripped it. I added the column, dash, NOT THE WHEELS. Just pieceing it together.

Man you have a LONG WAY TO GO! I have been ther and just now finishing mine up. There will be ALL OF THE SMALL things that ALWAYS keep popping up and setting you back each day. But in the end it will be worth it. Pleas keep us up dated.

Well got the interior in it today and looking for my camera connector to upload pics. Thoose pics were taken the monday when I rolled it off the trailer into the bottem shop. Now its in the upper shop, interior in, brakes and rearend is in, e-brake hooked up and adjusted. I swaped a trans into my 91 so I have had on in a million peices and feel confident it will be ready for MW 2008. Maybe a 347 twin turbo and a C4??? or a stock 306, cam, t-5 and alot of N2O??? I'm kinda feeling the green, never seen one that color.

Here is the coupe/notch/notchback what ever you want to call it, with the interior in it except the rear headliner trim and drivers door panel. :) Looking for a cheap 5.0-t5 bellhousing and clutch fork, really cheap. PM me if you have one you want to get rid of.

Well thats the daily driver interior I got from the local auto salvage yard. They have 6+ coupes and over 15 79-93 mustangs. 1 04 Cobra but there isnt a bolt left on it, no joke.

Now it looks like it is coming along. I perosonally would rather have the 306 witha pair of Turbo's. That is the combination that I'm running right now. I hae just a few things left to to and I should be able to take it for a drive. Even though there is more work as far as parts and piping with turbos I would rather have them. I too have a PA Comp C-4 with a Stallion converter and I LOVE IT! If I run across any drive train parts I'll let you know.

I build my own C4's and have a small stock pile of them. The converter as for I dont have. What intake are you using? Anyway can you post some pick of the engine and bay. I have an 8.8 in the notch, so it should hold all the power I can make, if not I have a good sized stockpile in 9 inch center sections. Let me know if you find any parts. Thanks

Yeah when I get home this evening I will post some of them for ya. I'm using a stock truck lower due to the large lower runners. As for the upper I'm using a Down's Ford Bread Box upper. I'm still using the stock 8.8 which I have built with 31 spline Mosers, 31 Truck T-lock, C-Clip eliminators. Are you looking for parts for a 9' rear. My father is a old school super stock racer and has many parts for 4 speeds and 9" rears and all sorts of other stuff.

I have alot of old school mustang parts and was into that since day 1. Considering that my car is 18 years older than I am, I'm kinda up on the 69-70 and now I'm getting into the foxes, thats more my age. I have the C4s and the 9s. The 4 banger in to coupe now is going to get a good learning to except 20 psi of boost. My last one in a 89 hatchback made 26 psi and lasted 8.9 miles shifting at 6500 rpm. I loved that weekend.

It sounds like too many rpm's killed the motor. I always shift mine under 6000 rpm with stock blocks and it works very well.

I have just uploaded the pic's of my car. Please excuse the engine bay. Before MW08 the car, engine bay and trans tunnel will all recive a fresh new coat of Titaniumn Silver with 3-4 coats of cleat coat. I also will be shaving the entire engine bay and filling every hole under the hood. We just finished the down pipe's I will be doing some final grinding on the welds and ship the entire hot side to Jet-Hot or Airborne Coatings tobe coated in side and out. The intercooler piping will be powder coated a high gloss black. I will also be adding an entire tubular front suspension as well. Here are the pics on the same photo bucket as the winners.

Wow she is torn down. I wanna drive mine too soon. I'm working on a wiring harness and computer. Then I need a bottem end and intake, etc. I think I got a harness and computer on the way. I will get a salavge yard engine and top end, rebuild it. I have a well built 69 (the pic to the left) and it runs 8.80s in the 1/8th (yeah i know its slow) but its full interior, body, stock everything. 3.25 gear, detriot locker, C4 with a 3800 stall and medium cam, 4 barrel. I've seen stock 89 GT's run 8.8's. That makes me very mad and sad at the same time.
