time zone changes

Anyone else who had to change time zones during MW.. .has it messed you up as bad as it has me??? LOL I was going to sleep around 10pm eastern while at the beach.. now im normally in central time zone.. since Ive been back and not working.I havent been able to go to sleep till like 3 or 4 am!!!!! Then im not waking up till noon ot 1:30pm!! WTH is goin on here?!?! Im even sleeping through my alarm! lol

Mustang Week Detox.... that is how I feel. I have withdrawal issues when Mustang Week is over! I'd go back now if possible!
