registration form and mail it along with your payment as

notes about the car show & registration:

All Payments MUST be
received no later then July 3, 2010

"Car Show" entries
are limited to 200 - "Display ONLY" entries (those people who do not
want to be judged in the car show) are limited to approx. 300.
These entries will be accepted on a first come
first served basis. Registration will end when the total
allowable entry limit is reached.

Should you wish to
pay with Cash, Check or Money Order - make
checks/money orders payable to Extreme Productions.
You will be receiving a "Mustang Week Registration"
confirmation email after submitting
this form.
