Kick off Mustang Week Texas in style at Galveston Historic Pleasure Pier Parking Lot next to Fish Tales Restaurant on the Galveston Seawall! This free, Mustang Week event is the perfect place to connect with fellow Mustang enthusiasts, enjoy great music, and check out an incredible lineup of Mustangs in a relaxed, social atmosphere. The Mustang Week team will be onsite with official event merchandise—a great chance to grab your wristbands and gear early—and VIP package pickup will be available for registered participants.

Shift into high gear for the first full day of Mustang Week Texas at the legendary 2.4-mile Motor Speedway Resort road course! Whether you’re a seasoned track veteran or a first-time driver, this all-day motorsports experience has something for every Mustang enthusiast. Event highlights include HPDE track sessions with professional instruction, an Autocross, competitive kart racing including the Mustang Week Karting Cup, and the MSR Track Experience.

Fire up your Ford and head to Houston Motorsports Park for an all-day Mustang experience. Drag Day combines drag racing, HMP oval track action, and drifting ride-alongs for one unforgettable day of Mustang Week Texas. Event highlights include nonstop drag racing action with Open Test & Tune, Grudge Racing, and the fan-favorite True Street class, plus Oval Fun Runs and the lighthearted Pizza & Beer competition on the HMP oval. Attendees can also experience the thrill of drifting ride-alongs with professional drivers.

If it’s got a blue oval on the nose or Ford power under the hood, it belongs here. We’re talking everything from vintage and resto-mods to Fox Body, SN95, New Edge to the latest S650s, plus F150s, Explorers, and anything with the blue oval. All—rolling in deep for one massive Ford takeover. The smell of tire smoke will be in the air with drifting exhibitions tearing up the pad and a Street Burnout Contest where anyone with a real street Ford can light ‘em up. Add a fleet of food trucks, cold drinks, and vendors selling parts and merch, and you’ve got a blue oval party. Bring your Ford and bring your friends, and plan to stay ‘til the last bit of smoke clears.

Yes—MSR, HMP and Moody Gardens require admission. Ticket types (Spectator vs Participant), pricing windows, and add-ons are on the Ticket Information page.
General Admission tickets include general admission tickets to venues to watch and enjoy activities. Add-on activities do not require a vehicle to enter. Participant tickets are needed to participant motorsports activities with your vehicle (HPDE, Drag Racing, Autocross, Car Show entry, etc.). Once you purchase your ticket, you can then add-on activities before you check out.
Gate sales are typically available, but some activities can sell out online. Single-day options are generally gate-only.
Yes—before March 27th, you can manage upgrades/add-ons through your Account on MustangWeek.com; after that, changes are handled onsite at Registration.
General Admission is Free for kids 12 and under. Anyone at any age needs to hold a VIP ticket to enter the exclusive VIP Zone.

Mustang Week Charlotte is a rain-or-shine event. All entries are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather-related delays or cancellations. If you purchased Purchase Protection follow that provider’s claim process (if eligible).
Prior to March 27th, you can log into your account and change the name and car info on your tickets. After March 27th, all changes will have to be done onsite at the Registration Tent.
No. Each VIP ticket admits one person and includes one VIP merch pack. Children under 12 get free general admission but may not enter the VIP area without a VIP ticket.
VIP pickup can be done at the Kick Off Party as well as Moody Gardens. VIP pickup is not available at Drag Day or Track Day.

No. Pit or personal vehicles such as golf carts, ATVs, mini bikes, scooters, hoverboards, ATVs, and personal e-bikes are not permitted inside Mustang Week event grounds unless they are:
- Official event vehicles
- Approved vendor vehicles
- Pre-authorized mobility assistance devices.
No. Pets and animals are not permitted at Mustang Week events. The only exception is trained service animals, as defined by the ADA, that are required to assist an individual with a disability. This policy exists because large crowds, loud noises, hot pavement, and moving vehicles can be dangerous for animals. This policy helps protect the safety of guests, staff, vehicles, and animals.
Yes. Mustang Week reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to or remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, disorderly, or otherwise inconsistent with event rules, venue policies, or applicable laws.
Follow each venue’s alcohol policy. No outside alcohol where prohibited; no drinking for participants in motorsport activities.
Mustang Week is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of inclement weather, track cleanup, timing system issues, oil downs, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances, event officials reserve the right to adjust events, activities, qualifying procedures, elimination formats, run schedules, or competition structure as necessary to complete the event in a safe and timely manner.
