Mustang Week events are some of the largest enthusiast gatherings the world, and we partner with storytellers who help capture and amplify the experience — from traditional media to modern content creators.

If you’re a journalist, photographer, videographer, YouTuber, filmmaker, podcaster, or social media creator and would like to cover Mustang Week, you must request credentials in advance.

Who This Is For

We consider requests from:

  • Automotive media outlets & journalists
  • Digital publishers & online magazines
  • Professional photographers & videographers
  • YouTube creators & filmmakers
  • Social media creators (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Podcast hosts & production teams

If you create content that tells compelling automotive stories and reaches an engaged audience, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

We prioritize partners who:

  • Produce high-quality, original content
  • Have a clear audience and distribution plan
  • Are willing to provide pre-event promotion leading up to Mustang Week
  • Align with the Mustang Week brand and community
  • Respect event rules, safety requirements, and attendee experience

What Media Access Includes

Approved media and creators may receive (but are not guaranteed):

  • Event credentials to Mustang Week and/or designated Mustang Week activities
  • Access to approved show areas, activations, motorsports, and experiences
  • Opportunities to capture photo, video, and interview content
  • Coordination with the Mustang Week team when applicable
  • Tickets & access levels vary based on experience, reach, and the type of coverage proposed.

How Requests Are Evaluated

All requests are reviewed individually. Our evaluation may include:

  • Your content history and body of work
  • Audience size, engagement, and overall reach
  • Professional background and relevant experience
  • Past participation at Mustang Week or similar events

If you’ve been granted credentials in the past, prior performance matters.

We review how credentials were used, the content produced, and overall professionalism when evaluating repeat requests. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Space is limited, and all credentials are granted at Mustang Week’s discretion.

Important Notes

All requests are reviewed individually. Our evaluation may include:

  • All media and creators must be pre-approved
  • Credentials are non-transferable
  • Mustang Week reserves the right to limit or revoke access if guidelines are not followed
  • Approved access is for editorial and coverage purposes only, not commercial promotion without prior approval
