    Default Volunteers needed

Now that car show registration is open & filling fast we will start asking for volunteers.

We are looking for judges last year we had 60 & would like to see more this year. For your help you will get in the show field early to allow time for car clean up, an event shirt plus LMR limited edition shirt & lunch before judging.

On Tuesday I would like a few people to watch the entrance of the Palace & not let people enter early.
You will a LMR limited event T & early entry.

On Wednesday the guys hosting the autocross will be looking for volunteers to help with cone pick up this will get you free entry to the event & LMR limited event T shirt.

As always on Thursday we will be building the goodie bags & this year we will be doing more due to the increase in judged cars. We meet at the mall in the morning make these up & have lunch.

Please email Mike Clay at snkchmr@comast.net or call for more information. (434) 250-6490

We looking for clubs that would like to help with parking on Friday & Saturday. For your help your club will be listed as a 13 MW sponsor with logo & banner ads on our site. Members that help will receive an event shirt & limited edition Latemodel Restoration volunteer T plus lunch. If a member has a car in the show they will be allowed in early for clean up.
Please contact Brad Worley (919) 631-3218

Please take the comment me serious it is work. Volunteers must be 18 or older. If you would like your child to tag along & learn about what goes into the hobby that’s fine.
If is you sign up & decide it’s not for you please notify Brad or Mike ASAP. Thanks for your support

For that matter, clubs that wish to help... it would be good if I could get a list of who is definitely going to be helping w/ parking. We need some folks to volunteer for Saturday to help with the intitial parking at the Cruise-In also. This is your chance to see Mustang Week from the "other side of the fence" and most that have helped out enjoy that aspect.

Thanks 66fastback! We look forward to Ponies in Paradise helping out. We could really use your help on Saturday.

Full Throttle Car Club has once again answered the call and will be helping out on Saturday. I talked to Jay yesterday and he and his crowd are fired up to help out again!

Guys when you email me please put your full name & shirt size in the email.
I get confused when I get an email with no name & the massage basically says I will help judge.
If you do not see your name on the list contact me snkchmr or call 434 250 6490

Email sent about volunteering at the autocross.

EDIT: Mike, did you get my email about volunteering at the autocross? My Outlook email returned a message that it was a "delayed delivery" for some reason.
