ABOUT MUSTANG WEEK
Mustang Week Presented by Celsius Energy Drink and Hardee’s is the ultimate celebration for Mustang enthusiasts, originally launched in 2002 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. What began as a small gathering has evolved into the premier annual event for Mustang fans, attracting thousands of cars and attendees from across the U.S. and Canada. Since Power Automedia took the reins in 2023, the event has continued to thrive while maintaining its welcoming, family-friendly vibe and longstanding traditions.
In 2025, the Mustang Week experience expanded with an exciting new edition in Galveston, Texas, held from April 24–27. Now, the tradition rolls on with Mustang Week Myrtle Beach 2025, keeping the spirit alive on the East Coast.

WHAT WILL I DO?
Want to be a Mustang legend? Join us as a volunteer and become part of the driving force behind this legendary week! Volunteers help keep things running smoothly and play a vital role in creating a fun and memorable experience for everyone.
Roles available include:
– Event Merch Sales
– Gate & Registration Assistance
– Parking and Traffic Flow Management
– On-Site Event Help
– Car Show Judging and Support
Shifts are available daily in various time slots and locations, pick one or more that suit your schedule!
WHAT YOU GET
By joining the team, you’ll get an exclusive Mustang Week Volunteer t-shirt so everyone knows you’re part of the crew. You’ll also receive a voucher for an official event t-shirt. But the best part? You’ll connect with amazing people, make unforgettable memories, and spend the week surrounded by some of the most stunning Mustangs around.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
To ensure everything goes smoothly, here’s what to know before you sign up:
– Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
-If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must sign your waiver.
– Expect to be active, walking and standing are part of most shifts.
– Some roles may involve lifting items up to 40 pounds.
– Arrive 15 minutes early to check in for your shift.
– Your volunteer t-shirt is your uniform—wear it proudly during your shift.
– Bring the essentials: water, snacks, sunscreen, and comfortable footwear.
– Stay at your assigned area unless directed otherwise by a team lead.
– Don’t forget to check out with staff when your shift ends!
– Please note: volunteering is unpaid, but the experience is truly rewarding.
