ABOUT MUSTANG WEEK
Mustang Week, the largest annual gathering of Mustangs, began in 2002 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and quickly grew into a week-long celebration of Mustang culture, attracting thousands of cars and fans from across the U.S. and Canada. Power Automedia took over the event in 2023, preserving its family-friendly atmosphere and rich traditions. In 2025, Mustang Week is expanding its legacy with a new event in Galveston, Texas, from April 24-27. This exciting addition brings the iconic Mustang celebration to a fresh location, offering enthusiasts the same vibrant community and thrilling activities that have made Mustang Week legendary.

WHAT WILL I DO?
Be a Mustang hero! You’ll be at the heart of the action, giving back to the incredible Mustang community by keeping the wheels turning (literally). We need your superpowers all week long—help run events, sell cool merch, and direct those shiny Mustangs into perfect parking spots. There are plenty of shifts available each day in different areas, so grab one (or more!) and join the fun! Options include:
- Merchandise Sales
- Gate & Registration
- Parking/Traffic Control
- Event Support
- Car Show Judging
WHAT YOU GET
Volunteers get the VIP treatment! You’ll snag an official Mustang Week Volunteer shirt to show off your crew status. Plus, you’ll get a voucher for the official 2025 Mustang Week shirt—because one shirt is never enough! Hungry? We’ve got you covered with a $20 meal voucher for one of the awesome food trucks. Best of all, you’ll meet great people, make new friends, and be surrounded by a whole lot of REALLY COOL MUSTANGS!
THE RULES
- Volunteers must be 16 or older and have their event waiver signed—it’s your ticket to join the action!
- If you’re under 18, you’ll need your parents’ signature on the waiver too—family teamwork for the win!
- Be ready to stay on your feet—standing and walking are part of the gig.
- Some tasks might have you flexing those muscles, lifting boxes up to 40 lbs.
- Need accommodations? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it work for you.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get set for your shift—it’s game time!
- Rock your official volunteer shirt during your shift—it’s part of the uniform and the vibe.
- Don’t forget the essentials: water, snacks, sunblock, and comfy shoes to keep you going strong.
- Stay at your shift spot unless you check in with a staff member first—we need you where the action is!
- When your shift is done, be sure to check out before heading off—it’s a wrap!
- Volunteers aren’t paid, but the good vibes, memories, and Mustang magic are priceless!
